Fair Park First
Brian Luallen, CEO of Fair Park First, oversees a 277-acre National Historic Landmark with six million annual visitors. Under his leadership, they updated the Master Plan, attracted new tenants, and prioritized community engagement. Fair Park played a vital role in pandemic response and supported local businesses and arts. Luallen leads initiatives like the Signature Community Park and Fair Park Loop extension, managing a $500M revitalization plan. Fair Park First was named D CEO’s 2021 Non-Profit of the Year, thanks to Luallen’s advocacy efforts, including Proposition A’s approval. He holds degrees in education and pre-law from Georgia State University and resides in Dallas, Texas.
