About Us

Success North Dallas originated in 1988 in Dallas, Texas as a breakfast gathering of fourteen select individuals, each of whom embraced Bill Wallace’s idea of meeting monthly to serve as an Informal Board of Directors/Mentor Group for each other’s respective businesses.

For more than three decades, Success North Dallas members have met on the third Wednesday of each month to find inspiration in the messages of exceptional speakers from around the world. Under the new leadership of CEO Casey Hasten and COO Andrew Reed and built on a foundation of servant leadership and a give-first mentality, SND attracts the most successful business people of the highest integrity from all walks of life. SND brings business and community leaders together to weave various networks for the purpose of sharing ideas and influence. SND member dues are $395 annually and cover monthly breakfast meetings, all food and first-time guests.

Success North Dallas isn’t here to change the world. We’re simply here to make a difference, one genuine interaction at a time. In the words of Mother Teresa, “If you can’t feed a hundred people, then just feed one.” We’re not about quantity.

We’re about quality.

What does it take to become a member of this group?

The requirements are few, but the standards are high:

Be a success in your own eyes.

Honor your commitments.

Be a giver.

Meet Bill Wallace

The founder and long-time leader of Success North Dallas, Bill Wallace has often said his greatest skill is “connecting the right people for the right reasons at the right time.” Bill’s generous “connection-making” has benefited countless individuals who have turned to him for trusted referrals, strategic business support, educational mentorship, and business/leadership coaching, as a Certified Professional Coach. Bill’s professional career flourished along with his development of now 30-year-old Success North Dallas, first as owner of Wallace Financial Group – a provider of business continuation planning, insurance and financial strategies – and, later, as Chairman and CEO of The Wallace Companies, a consulting firm specializing in capital development and executive management strategies.

Wallace is a charter member and past president of the Addison Rotary Club, a longtime member of CEO Netweavers, a past member of the Million Dollar Roundtable and author of the recently released book Being a Catalyst for Success The Fulfilling Life of a Servant Leader.
